Ingredients

  • ½ cup of your favourite oats
  • ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp of blue dye
  • Suggested toppings: berries, nuts, seeds, sliced banana

Step-by-step instructions

  • Cook oats with milk and water for 5 mins, or until they are soft and creamy.
  • Add ¼ tsp of blue dye and stir well to make sure that it’s distributed evenly throughout your porridge/oatmeal. Adding fresh berries, nuts or seeds is a great way to please your gut bugs!
