Rachel Donnellan, BSc
Rachel is a Nutrition Coach at ZOE and a Registered Dietitian. She holds a B.Sc. in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont. Rachel is passionate about creating a culture where everyone can understand nutrition as preventative medicine. She is currently based in Boston, and her favorite thing to do is visit farmers' markets to connect her community to her kitchen. Rachel's favorite plants to eat are Granny Smith apples and roasted mushrooms.
