Caroline is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES). She holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition from James Madison University, VA, and completed her internship with Meredith College, NC. She is clinically trained in diabetes management and endocrinology, and she now works with women to improve their relationship to food while improving their mental and physical health. On her Northern Virginia farm, you'll find her tending to her chickens, making kombucha, or digging in her garden.
