Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental US states, but not in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island (due to limitations imposed by law in certain locations on the shipping of the ZOE test kit). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or at least 19 years of age if you live in Alabama or Nebraska) and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and abide by the sweepstakes Terms as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. Entrants must also meet the following eligibility criteria in order to win the ZOE test kit:
- You are not pregnant.
- You have not had a heart attack (myocardial infarction), stroke/transient ischemic attack, or major surgery in the last two months.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) least 16.5 kg/m2.- You can safely eat a gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian meal. (Meals may contain traces of these and other allergens as they are prepared in a kitchen handling other ingredients.).
- If you are being treated for chronic medical conditions (including type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes), you have checked with your treating physician that this product is safe for you.
